Nocturnal Encounters at Nuit Blanche by Imelda O. Suzara.

During the night of October 1st to 2nd there will be a TV studio on the street, in front of the Parkdale Library, on Queen st W, Parkdale Toronto. The objective of this project is to work with the idea of TV as public space. The community of Toronto is invited to take part in the making of this 12 hours program.
